At Sha Jewellers, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our gold jewelry. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, exchanges, and returns are processed. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

✅ Accepted Cases:

  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).

  • Defective or damaged jewelry (e.g., broken clasps, missing stones, manufacturing flaws).

  • Incorrect weight/purity (if the item does not match the BIS hallmark certification).

❌ Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless defective).

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling (scratches, dents, tampering).

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice.

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind after purchase).


2. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • 7 days from delivery date for non-customized jewelry.

  • 24 hours for damaged/wrong items (must report immediately).

  • No returns on special/custom orders (e.g., engraved jewelry).


3. Refund Process

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Contact our support team within 7 days at:

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the issue (if defective)

    • Original invoice & packaging

Step 2: Approval & Return Shipping

  • Our team will verify the request within 48 hours.

  • If approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

  • Do not ship without approval – unapproved returns will be rejected.

Step 3: Refund Issuance

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund method: Original payment mode (e.g., credit card, UPI, bank transfer).

  • Cash purchases: Refund via bank transfer only.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, design, or color (subject to availability).

  • The new product must be of equal or higher value (difference to be paid).

  • No exchange for sale/discounted items unless defective.


5. Cancellation & Order Changes

  • Cancellations allowed within 12 hours of order placement.

  • No cancellations after production starts (for custom orders).

  • Prepaid orders: Full refund if canceled within 12 hours.


6. Manufacturing Defects Warranty

  • Covered for 3 months from purchase date.

  • Free repair/replacement if the defect is confirmed.

  • Exclusions: Damage due to wear & tear, accidents, or alterations.
