At Sha Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We Accept Returns/Exchanges For:

  • Manufacturing defects (broken clasps, missing stones, etc.)

  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)

  • Incorrect size (exchange only)

  • BIS hallmark mismatch (purity/weight issues)

Not Eligible For Return/Exchange:

  • Custom-made/personalized jewelry

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products without original packaging/tags

  • Special sale/discounted items (unless defective)

2. Timeframe

  • 7 days from delivery date for standard returns

  • 24 hours to report damaged/wrong items

  • No returns on custom orders

3. Return Process

1️⃣ Contact Us Within 7 Days

2️⃣ Get Approval

  • Our team will verify within 48 hours

  • Do NOT ship item back without approval

3️⃣ Return Shipping

  • We'll provide return instructions

  • Customer pays return shipping unless our error

4️⃣ Refund/Exchange

  • Refunds processed in 5-7 business days

  • Exchanges subject to product availability

4. Refund Methods

  • Original payment mode (credit card/UPI etc.)

  • Cash purchases refunded via bank transfer

5. Exchange Policy

  • Size/design exchanges within 7 days

  • Must be equal/higher value (pay difference)

  • Original tags/packaging required

6. Conditions

  • Item must be unused/unworn

  • Original invoice mandatory

  • BIS hallmark intact for gold jewelry

7. Manufacturing Defects

Covered for 3 months from purchase date

Note:

  • Gold items will be verified for purity/weight before refund

  • Sha Jewellers reserves right to reject improper returns
